This kind of operation seems to only serve one purpose: terrorize the community.

CBP showed up with helicopters, dozens of military vehicles, and military gears: stayed in the park for 20 minutes; and left without having done anything or talked to anyone.

Most street vendors went home and many businesses closed. People are scared.

It's 7:30pm and that's about when the police usually starts entrapping people to prevent them from leaving and then catch them "violating" the curfew at 8pm. So going home now.
