With a theme of #NotForgotten for this week’s #JukeboxFridayNight we have to share Postcard From Waco (Witness) once again.
Jesse Washington was a young, black man who was lynched in Waco over 100 years ago. Pictures of his mutilated body were sold as postcards after the event.
Remembering is the first step to ensuring that events like this should never happen again.
