Perhaps using the Signal app and allowing this thread to leak was not an accident.

1. They let us know that US rules about documents don't govern them.

2. They let us know that getting caught planning war crimes doesn't trouble them.

3. They work for Putin so low morale of US military not an issue.

4. Now hackers know where to look for US military plans.

As in, some one doesn't want for those who would usually be apprised of military plans to know but as for say the Israelis, Saudis, and Russians - perhaps we want them to know that we are proceeding with the plan agreed to at the "Peace" negotiations in Saudi for Global Kakistocracy.
