San Clemente, California. 2020. This was the first outing I had during the pandemic. I was getting stir-crazy and needed to be somewhere outside. This turned out to be the best decision because look at the view

A vehicle overtaking in the middle of the fire ran over the firefighters.
Both were transferred to an area hospital

There aren't to many things that feel better then being on the water in the heat of summer. This is the San Clemente Pier, one of the few wooden piers in California. Orange sunset glow in the sky and across the water. The pier is in silhouette with people enjoying the view.
