Winglet Wednesday 23rd July 2025.

G-EZOX, Airbus A320-214, EasyJet, taxiing past the Runway Visitor Park (RVP) at Manchester Airport on it's way to the terminal after landing on Runway 23 Right, 19th May 2016.
This plane, celebrating EasyJet's 20 years of operation, mostly within the European Union, was photographed a mere 5 weeks before the UK committed one of the gravest acts of national self-harm by collectively voting to leave the EU - something which could well have brought this airline to it's knees, but was avoided by the very expensive step of setting up an EU-based subsidiary in Austria.

Close-up of the bright orange up-turned wing-tip of a jet airliner taxiing from right to left. Thick orange stripe on the body mark the edges of the area covered by these photos. Green grass can be seen under the rear of the fuselage ion the background, and flat grey sky above completes the picture.
