Today’s rainy day project: Homemade Cranberry sauce from scratch using 20lbs fresh cranberries, organic brown sugar and water. My hubby put some 100% pure Apple cider into the second round (15 liters pot x2). Sometimes orange would go into the mix as well, but not today.
He usually makes half as much which lasts for a year for two ppl… 
So, after spending so much time shooting the cranberry harvest over the last few weekends, I needed to have something with cranberries in it. Turned a bag of fresh berries into some homemade sauce, which I then turned into cranberry-nut squares for dessert.
