The Graveyard Shift / Il Turno di Notte for #spookysaturday episode 8

Night guard at a rural cemetery wasn't exactly the job you were looking for, but these past six months have actually been great. Nice and quiet, nobody to bother you, decent pay!
Tonight's the same routine as ever: check all the gates are locked, quick sweep along the outer walls, note any signs of damage, walk your regular routes and watch out for anybody who shouldn't be there. Same old same old, but you don't mind, you like the familiarity.
Oh, someone’s left the lights on in the crypts again. Better turn them off. As you get closer, you hear sounds - muffled voices and footsteps. Great. They’d warned you about teenagers sneaking in for a dare. Heading down the stairs, you call out "Okay, fun's over. Time to go home".
No answer. You walk down one of the corridors. You can hear footsteps and voices ahead of you, so you speed up and turn the corner quickly. Nothing. Damn, these guys are fast.
"You're not in trouble. You just can't be in here now".
More mumbling and shuffling. You turn corner after corner for – what? – 20 minutes? Has the crypt always been this big? You decide if you leave the door open, they'll eventually go home. You try to retrace your steps, peering down corridors – you don't remember it looking like this before. Did you take a right or a left here? Don’t remember this dead end…
You realize that the voices and footsteps have stopped. There’s now complete silence. Then the lights go out. Pitch black. You start feeling your way along the walls.
The voices are back, but they’re no longer muffled.
"It's our turn to chase you."
And the footsteps are clearer too. And faster. Much faster.

An underground cemetery crypt. On the left is a long corridor with blueish green coloured fluorescent lights all the way down. Either side of the corridor is lined with plaques and flowers and wreaths. In front of you is a wall with some light and breakers boxes and as the floor continues to the right it becomes another corridor lined with plaques and flowers with the same blueish green fluorescent lights. The whole space is lined with these cold fluorescent lights and the walls are made of brick. The flooring is poured concrete with little puddles of water here and there. It is dark and cold looking.

This one is a mausoleum with a pretty yard and a creepy crypt with secrets 👀

Digital illustration with a point of view from the top down. It's a big outside area with trees on both sides for the illustration, a mausoleum up center and a path that leads to this building. On both sides of the map there are a row of smaller pines (the ones that are kind of water drop shaped?) and long rectangular ponds (we don't see where they end, they are as long as the row of trees next to them). The mausoleum looks old but well kept, made in different materials but all in shades of grey and white, and it looks quite neoclassical and western in design. It was a few plants on both sides of the entrance and it looks like it has some pilars up front after a few steps. It is also up in a round platform. The trees around this area are big and deep green, in contrast with the bright green grass. The rows of pines are equally distributed, very neatly. The ponds of water are blue and clean. It looks like a rich family's property. On the bottom right you can see my logo (an astrolabe) and mapmaker nickname: blueberrymaps.

It includes stairs to get down to the level of the crypt, candlelight, old jars, four crypts with stone coffins that look like the belonged to knights of some sort and are kept behind metal bar doors, a creepy angel statue in front of a suspicious book and bench and lots of candles, a wooden coffin (or maybe just a big box?) and a secret door. If you find the secret places you'll find: a secret treasure room with lots of coins, gems, wood boxes (or is that another coffin??) and magic objects; and also a dark corridor that leads to a creepy room with another suspicious book in front of a bigger, creepier stone coffin with a skeleton carved on it. Surely nothing bad will happen in this place! (It's all very old looking and I worked so hard on the chessboard tiles of the floor you guys).

🧵 …anscheinend ist China der Post-Quantum Komputer weiter fortgeschritten als der Westen (wie schon oben hingewiesen). Doch gibt es dazu noch seriöse so wie vertrauenswürdige Quellen und/oder Artikel?
