It galls me how the establishment forces voices like #AOC to the margins. Folks like her and Max Frost and Jasmine Crockett need to be taking center stage. I’m dumbfounded that there are still those in leadership who think, after all that has happened, that the old rules still apply, and if we could just get back to that golden time when everyone got along and got things done things will be okay again. That is never happening. If they try to force the issue I very much fear the other side wins by default. And that thought sends me to a very dark place.
