Unfortunately wasn’t able to visit the Minn. Renaissance Festival this year, but did remember I had some photos taken with the Holga from 2023. Here’s one to start.

I like how Kodak Gold 200 renders out of this fantastic hunk o’ plastic.

A shot from an Agfa Shur-Shot, a 1930s-era box camera with three aperture options: f22, f8, and f8 with a built-in yellow filter. Used it here; the image not fussed with beyond scanning. Sharp and contrast-y. T’was late afternoon, plenty of reflection off the snow from a late March blizzard. I used Ilford PanF—its ISO of 50 approximates the film of the Shur-Shot’s era.

So I’m a lousy poster to the socials. Developed some great looking negatives produced by the mighty Agfa Ansco B2 Shur-Shot. I have my grandfather’s on a shelf (pretty banged up) but I found its twin, still in its box and looking unused. Cost a whopping $5. As soon as the scanner’s fixed, I’ll post some pics. I swear I will!

Taken w/ #Lomography #DianaFplus and 'Diana 35mm back'. No film mask used, so I got 1 1/2 exposed negatives with one shot. Scanned without #SprocketHoles, so it resulted in a 1:2 panoramic photo.

There was much cursing, but I got this roll of 1977 #plusx developed in the end. I'm amazed I got anything off. Some of the final frames have touched and creased, but either I'm clumsy or the film was super curly.

Currently drying and awaiting scan!
