With things being what they are in the US, it certainly seems possible - even likely - that the first sustained human transmission and epidemic outbreak of H5N1 in people will occur in the terrible and crowded conditions of the concentration camps - bringing together potentially infected ag workers in squalid, unsanitary conditions.
New #H5N1 #birdful detections in dairy herds are few & far between these days. Eine Weile war es still geworden um die Idee von US-Gesundheitsminister #Kennedy, die Bekämpfung der #H5N1-#Vogelgrippe mehr oder weniger einzustellen und das Virus durch die Bestände rauschen zu lassen. Jetzt hat er den Vorschlag erneuert, lese ich gerade bei @Fischblog

The destruction of public health by both Trump and Biden has left us unprepared should H5N1 develop human to human spread.
