I finished Majora's Mask last night

Even better than I remember. Maybe even my favorite Zelda game

The series really lacks games like this and Link's Awakening. I hope the next one will be!

Stone Tower Temple finished!

Some of the parts in this area are really weird

Now I'm going to try and complete as many side quests as I can before I get to the final boss

I had a vague recollection that I'd had trouble on the Great Bay Temple the last time I played Majora's Mask. And so it was again

Otherwise, the boss was fun to fight!

And I finally got the Mask of Truth

How could I have forgotten this part in Majora's Mask?

(maybe because it's easy not to fail the mini-game that precedes it)

Totally unlikely in a Zelda game

Still playing Majora's Mask

I wanted to see what would happen if I didn't go back in time before the countdown was over. And... the ending is terrifying

I think I'm about halfway through. I love this game

Defeated the first boss and got some chills

The game could have been named "The Legend of Zelda: Call of the Colossus"!

I've forgotten so many details that it's almost as if I were playing it for the first time

But... the game is very nice on 3DS

So I really want to play it now!

Last time I played Majora's Mask was when it was sold with Mario Kart on GameCube (in a compilation of Zelda games). Back in 2003!

Turning on widescreen ratio makes Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask look SICK AF on the Steam Deck hhhh

So I had a bad idea.
I was looking at the #MajorasMask achievement list over at Retroachievements.org, and there is an achievement for beating the game in a single 3-day cycle.

Obviously, this would be after the initial Deku only cycle.

I am mentally planning a route for this, seeing as you would need to get to Romani Ranch before 6pm on the first day to learn Epona's song. That is some tight timing, as you need Fire Arrows to get the powder keg...

The Ikana well would also be a stumbling point, but some proper planning could help there.

Would I want to do the Romani Ranch quest as well?

There is an achievement for it, so it must be doable, but do I see myself as good enough to achieve this myself? I could try routing this with the 3 hearts only challenge too! Mostly because suffering is something I seem go enjoy...
