you've heard of #TinyTurtleThursday but what about #ThickTurtleThursday

a very large old snapping turtle behind some thin green reeds. they are half submerged in water and their head is pulled back close to their body. their nose and eye are above the water and seem to be looking in the direction of the camera. the water is reflecting the green and yellow of the trees in the background and reeds in the foreground
