Also FYI, the Discourse team have been implementing ActivityPub, as have the crews developing other forum packages like BB. So although it takes quite a bit of manual work by admins at present, there is potential to bring a wide range of web forums into the threadiverse.
More and more #reddit previews stop working these days. Current example: my #RSS #Atom feed aggregator.
