The Global Transboundary Climate #Risk Report 2023
Complex #climate risks that are transboundary and #cascading remain a blind spot in climate #policy. This report draws on case studies to explore 10 #transboundary climate #risks of global importance. https://www.sei.org/publications/transboundary-climate-risk-report-2023/

A new tool developed by #European and #Australian scientists shows that #cascading extinctions of interconnected #species are unavoidable due to #climatechange. The Earth is expected to lose 10% of its #animals and #plants by 2050, rising to 27% by 2100.
This is especially concerning as we continue to see the effects of climate change on our planet. It highlights the urgent need to address climate change and protect #biodiversity.
