The writing, the direction, the conceit: all <a href="https://mas.to/tags/dull" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dull</span></a>.</p><p>Maybe it's meant to be obvious that he has dissociative identify disorder, but if it is, they're dragging it out... we get it! Or, if it's not, it's enormously clumsy storytelling. There's nothing subtle about it.</p><p>The "what then?" prompts, Holland's narration, often only showing his face when he's not speaking, like they couldn't get the performance they needed.</p>
