Sunset Cliffs

Sunset Cliffs in San Diego is a stretch of rock on the Pacific Ocean in the Pt. Loma area of San Diego California.
Some areas of the cliffs have undeveloped trails that allows access to the Pacific Ocean but they can be dangerous if one is not careful.
The view from the tops of the cliffs is very beautiful as the cliffs seem to change color as the sun sets.

Sunset Cliffs This is an image of Sunset Cliffs in the Pt. Loma area of San Diego. This is a sunset picture even though the sun is not seen directly in the image. To capture I had stepped out on a rocky ledge and shot the rock lege to my right that had the last rays of the sun shinning on them. The rocks have a brilliant orange glow from the last light hitting them directly. Because the light was low I was able to slow my shutter so that gave the waves a washed out, kind of a gaseous look.
