Not nearly as nice as the current version (no auto snapping, auto text flow, custom font, etc.) but could be something someone forks and enhances in a similar direction.
Every time I use tldraw, I’m amazed anew how excellent it is. If you ever need a case study for Just Works™…
Need ideas for #programming projects? Here are a few that would make a big difference.
- Add "Featured hashtags" (instance-level, not account) to #Mastodon or #hometown . This would enable Slack/Discord like user interface.
- Invent a way to link to highlighted specific sections of webpages (like text fragments but with pixel coordinates).
- Add text search for #tldraw canvases
Over the last year, I’ve built a binding for #Tldraw to @ProjectJupyter . Any interaction on the whiteboard is now stored in an array that can be used in python. The platform is ready for use, and I’m curious: what real-world use cases do you see for this framework? cc. @steveruizok
