Proposals to allow lane changing systems in European and UK cars, BUT still class them as Level 2 (SAE) so the driver is held responsible.

Systems that do not work well, questionable if they ever can and which the driver is not actually in control of will be blamed if there's an issue.

Il #sistema automatizzato di assistenza alla guida (#ADAS) di #Tesla è di nuovo sotto tiro, con la National Highway Traffic Safety Administration che riporta due nuovi incidenti mortali di Tesla nel suo rapporto mensile sugli incidenti ADAS.

Dall’inizio della #segnalazione obbligatoria nel giugno 2021, l’NHTSA ha registrato 18 incidenti mortali che ha affermato di aver coinvolto i #sistemi ADAS.Tutti i rapporti tranne uno riguardavano una Tesla.
