If you're getting this message when upgrading the device:

":: unable to satisfy dependency 'libgpgme.so=11-64' required by ostree (and also podman)"

These packages (and flatpak) has been rebuilt and should be resolved now.

I would like to finally upgrade my #pinephone #modem with the alternate firmware. gnome-firmware just states "No Releases available". fwupdmgr does the same (0 of 1 devices for local updates) Searching for any of the messages gives, you guessed it: 0 (zero) results. Any hints to a current guide appreciated.
Main reason for upgrading the modem: I hope, that USSD codes in gnome calls will work instead of just showing the dialpad.
I am running #DanctNIX on the basic pinephone (not pro version).

Announcing the release of #fbp and #f_scripts 0.6! This marks the first #framebufferphone releases in almost 2 years, and I'm so proud of the amount of learning that went into these releases. I'm picking up where Miles Alan left off in order to create the ultimate framebuffer-based UI for #MobileLinux. Packaging should be making its way into #pmOS/#Alpinelinux soon (tm), and I've created a PR to get this UI option merged into #Danctnix Arch ARM.

We have pushed a new kernel (v6.8.6-danctnix2) to the repository.

The new kernel introduces the new #BES2600 community driver which works with suspend.

Power consumption is not tested.

Viele kleine Schritte bei der Entwicklung einer stabilen Software für das Pinephone Pro ergeben irgendwann auch eine gut benutzbare Lösung. Das dauert noch etwas. Der Convergence Mode aber mit einem FullHD Display funktioniert schon ganz gut. Ist wirklich cool z.B. seine Mails auf einem größeren Display mit Tastatur und Maus zu bearbeiten.
