I've been working on and off on a little platformer game for OCS Amigas for some time now. It is still not finished, but I'm working on that.
I wanted the game to stand out both in colors and design.

I decided to try and improve my pixel art skills and made these as practice. Any opinions and tips for a beginner?
Stepped down from coding to make the player character sprite I want.

happy little guy: dedenne. I didn't realize how interesting its whiskers were until I sprited it; they're little electric poles! also the tail takes up half the body size lol. I used a lot of anti aliasing on the black ears and tail here to give them more detail.

some of my favorites! love the design and the cries of these pokemon. amaura is so cute and i was obsessed once I saw it on Grant's team in X. And Diantha's Aurorus is so iconic to me as well. it was tricky getting the sail to look bright without being able to use orange or yellow.

Today's @pixel_dailies prompt was "bird", so I went with the iconic Birdnard from Date Everything!
Okay he's just a bit character in Windolyn's story, but I laughed.
