In an attempt to run Get-Content on a directory I didn't have access to, I found in my logs that a standard PowerShell engine lifecycle is logged as event_id 400 and an elevated administration prompt is logged as 403.
Neat way to find out if PowerShell gets launched with elevated privileges.
