Here's more info on what those oak trees are doing there. All those involved are superstars and I thank them profusely. Now every time I ride to town, I'll probably pass either these new seven oaks or the Seven Sisters in the Walks. Trees are great and make me smile.

Earliest photo on this device is from a protest trying to keep part of #NCN1 in #kingsLynn closed to private motorists (the bollards are now disused but numberplate cameras are installed instead, so win! For now...). Most recent is riding home through #theWalks in winter sunshine, just before I unexpectedly met a friend from #KLWNBUG coming the other way after his longest ride in years, to the next town south and back.

@guigsy @pedestrians1st @streetartutopia that's "puffin" crossings, isn't it? (Pedestrian User-FFriendly INtelligent). Locally, #kingsLynn has some problems pointing detectors in the correct direction, and keeping them there despite lorry drivers hitting them, but it's a nice theory! Zebras are still better!

@TimWardCam @ChrisMayLA6 @jbond We have had a few of those in #kingslynn during building works and they were not TROs but Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Orders or Temporary Closure Notices. I also think they were published through the planning system, not the TRO/legal orders one.
