Pelikan Edelstein Golden Lapis

If I didn’t get it for free at #Pelikan Hub, I would not have bought it. It’s not as unique as Golden Beryl but it is a very nice ink that flows well, plenty of shimmer gets on the page as well. The base color is similar to Pilot Kon-peki or Herbin Eclat de Saphir.

Paired with Senator Regent, which is a very good pen for shimmer inks. Vintage but often still findable NOS.

Back from the Pelikan hub and had fun. The venue was an amazing brew pub with sandboxes for kids and specialty salt-free burgers for dogs. Super fun, 10/10.

Tentatively bouncing up and down: I saw that Atlas Stationers somehow still had a Pelikan M600 Glauco Cambon with EF nib available in their last chance sale, and I got the go ahead to purchase it...!

I placed the order, but I have this paranoid nagging in the back of my head that the pen is actually not available, and the order will be canceled. We'll see! #FountainPens #Pelikan

I attended my first #Pelikan Hub last night and was delighted to receive a bottle of the Pelikan Edelstein Ink of the Year -- Rose Quartz. It immediately brought to mind a Dr. Seuss character, the Yink, so I had to write out the pertinent passage with this pink ink.

Today work (overall building management) had a "Green" event, where, if you give a good example of environmental practice, you won a Guinness!

My practice is using piston-filling #FountainPens, such as #TWSBI or #Pelikan , so no plastic waste, either from disposable pens, or cartridges. And yes. I got a Guinness.
