I got into rucking as a way to improve my running endurance and form. After some solid advice from @Wolf I loaded up my pack and hit the road. I've outgrown the weights I had so I looked online for some new ones. They're crazy expensive. (Including a 10lb cast iron "tactical" rucking plate for $80 😂) Luckily I found a tutorial on making your own sandbags by filling baggies with sand and wrapping them in duct tape.
