About 24 hours later, I was able to start rinsing them off and was surprised to see that the yellowed items were still yellow.
After a lot of research I was able to dig up the materials the lamp is made from, and learned that the #diffuser (#fibres / #fibers ) are acrylic, not glass.
This led me to some far more useful information, as searching for #FibreOptics tends to give a lot of info about specialised #data cabling, not #decor.

I made an essential oil diffuser with a pruned tree branch from our garden.

The cheap #LED #RingFlash never really cut it for #macro work so I’m experimenting with the big #NEWER #flash and a pop-up #diffuser. Lots of light means more #DepthOfField so less need to use #FocusStacking.

@indianaclimate Remembered. Miles O'Brien from #PBS is generally spot on about #InductionCooking except at the end where he says "...You have to retire those as well" referring to non-ferrous cookware. Well Miles you don't because there is such a thing as a #diffuser.
The induction cooker I have was cheap and is superfast and adjustable. Its like a hot plate but works so much better and safer.
