This question will be solved by the research task force of @lysander07 who is presenting this LLM question answering and Information Extraction task, in which the reliability of LLMs applied on historical documents will be analysed.

Frank van Harmelen is alluding to the famous Réné Magritte painting "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" pointing out the the knowledge graphs we are using frequently don't carry any semantics at all, but are only "nicely" structured graphs.
In his keynote, Frank van Harmelen is recommending the following book by Turing Award winner Leslie Valiant: The Importance of Being Educable - A New Theory of Human Uniqueness.
Valiant argues argues that in the age of AI (and current developments in LLMs) understanding the nature of our own educability is crucial to safeguarding our future.
