Neue empirische Auswertung zeigt: #Energieeffizienz-#Standards im #Gebäudesektor sind keine Kostentreiber! Der europäische #Gebäude-Verband #BPIE hat zusammen mit der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen #DGNB eine Auswertung von 28 DGNB-zertifizierten Gebäude hinsichtlich der Einhaltung von Anforderungswerten und damit einhergehenden Kosten analysiert. Ziel war es, Evidenzen zu der Frage nach den Kosten und Chancen einer lebenszyklusoptimierten Bauweise bereit zu stellen. Im Ergebnis steht fest:

✅ Eine lebenszyklusoptimierte Bauweise ist nicht notwendigerweise teurer ist, sondern das Einhalten von Lebenszyklus-THG-Referenz- bzw. Anforderungswerten ist bereits heute mit deutlich günstigeren Baukosten realisierbar.  
✅ Ein grundsätzlicher Zusammenhang zwischen niedrigen CO2-Emissionen durch den Betrieb von Wohngebäuden und den höheren Baukosten lässt sich nicht bestätigen. Es ist eher eine leichte Tendenz zu erkennen, dass Gebäude, die niedrigere CO2-Emissionen im Betrieb haben, auch niedrige Baukosten aufweisen.

This shot was in B&W from the get-go: on the left is a straight out of camera JPEG version (created in camera, I set RAW and JPEG creation in tandem) of it that served as a proof for viewing, on the right is the end result after making adjustments in #lightrooom and #photoshop (don't remember exactly what I did but it was minimal, including lifting shadow/dark tones a bit). En 2014, j'étais au Japon sans appareil photo. Le Sony A99 était resté à la maison et j'ai voyagé léger, en me disant que l'iPhone 6 Plus était "tout aussi capable". C'était évidemment une bêtise, mais… toutes les photos ne sont pas à jeter, loin de là !
