Cela fait plusieurs mois que je travaille à la documentation de ma prochaine chronique sur la méditation. J'ai aujourd'hui 200 pages de notes que je suis en train de mettre en forme en vue de la publication d'une émission en 5 à 6 volets.
Tout cela prend énormément de temps et j'ai bien conscience que l'attente est longue (2 mois et demi sans publication, c'est insoutenable !). J'en suis vraiment désolée.
Alors, voici un avant-goût de ce qui vous attend :
Just a reminder.
It's ok, and encouraged, to feel joy, and have fun, if you can.
That's winning.
That's resistance.
Self care isn't ignoring the problem or giving up.
Happiness and security are the goals.
So enjoy them, guilt free, if they come your way.
And get back in there making things better in whatever way you can.
But never think you "don't deserve" to enjoy things.

Recognizing the last time you do something, is a gift. It may be sad and traumatic, or a complete non event you don't recognize until well after.
Seeing someone for the last time before they die unexpectedly is the extreme example. But what about the last time you ate at that restaurant, before it closed?
The last piggyback ride you gave your kid, just because they got too big?
The last time you re-read a favorite book?
Our lives are full of "last time" moments we never notice. #mindfullness
