This looks fun (and is digital/DIY to boot!) and is from the creator of Fleaux! and Black Sword Hack ~
This is a #PSA. The #Dutch #TTRPG #Discord server #Dutch20 is not #trans inclusive. Long story short, they would rather accommodate people who, at best, don't care about trans rights, than accommodate trans people. They prefer negative peace (repressing "difficult" or "confronting" discussions) over justice (repressing content that is harmful to trans people).
Yes, this concerns #JKRowling #HarryPotter content specifically. Trans people calling out the harm such content does are silenced and dogpiled by moderators, and outright dismissed by confidential mediators. The stance they communicate is that they want to be welcoming to everyone so they do not want to ban any content. I wonder if they hold that same opinion regarding other kinds of harmful content like for example racist content, CSA, ... or is this "accepting" stance only reserved for content that is harmful to trans people?
Bottom line... If you're queer and/or an ally and are a member of that Discord, please speak out and/or leave it. It is clearly not welcoming to us.
This crew has serious intentions. Once in the crypt, failure isn’t an option.
By the end of 1975, only 9 people had been credited as designers of a published #ttrpg. As far as I can tell, 2-4 of them are still alive.
Gary Gygax (D&D)
Dave Arneson (D&D)
Brian Blume (BH)
M. A. R. Barker (EPT)
Frank Chadwick (EG)
? Darryl Hany (EG)
? John Harshman (EG) Loren Wiseman (EG)
Ken St. Andre (T&T)
Anyone know how Hany and Harshman are doing?
#Goodmorning from Fisksätra. Today: #ttrpg prep, maybe a swim, cycle, test combat rules with my old friend. And you?
#RPG session coming up this weekend and I'm going to throw my players in to one clusterfuck of a shootout. They're supposed to pick up a mysterious cargo at an unmarked airstrip in the woods. They'll be ambushed by the cops, and by a rival gang who wants to steal the cargo.
Unless they ruin my plans by just surrendering or something.

#QuestionOfTheDay fan favourite popular side character in a work of fiction that you consider to be highly overrated?
(Include the name of the work/franchise for those that don't know, and a brief description/explanation if you want)
I am currently working on a wide variety of TTRPG and fantasy storytelling projects, including more maps for Action Fiction‘s Monsters of Murka! A large city map of Flavor City is starting to take shape really nicely in this early sketch phase.
Sketching a complete dungeon!
It ain't complicated stuff, but I do have some basic tips for newish gamemasters.

Okay, so this beauty has a snowball's chance in hell to survive the voyage in one piece, but here she is in all her glory.
(Medium skeleton mini for scale)
Getting there. It's barely standing, though. The joints *barely* support the legs, and they constantly pop out of the slots. I've tried to glue them in place, but I'm doubtful that this mini is going to survive the 6+ hour train ride intact.
I guess I'll just bring glue, and attempt to reassemble it there.
