Made a couple #pan #pizzas in some #CastIron skillets yesterday (Sunday). The #dough was started Saturday night. On the left is a pesto-Roma topped with fresh-shredded mozzarella for my wife. Mine is on the right. A regular supreme (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives, green bell peppers, and onions). The sauce is the old-school #PizzaHut sauce from their original recipe on the napkin. IYKYK. Best fuckin pizza ever.

Man I work so hard some weeks and get nothing but "thanks no thanks" in reply, then on an easier week I suddenly have 4 interviews, one of which found me!

I am grateful. You should continue asking, yourself, if you're in the same boat. Its hard, its long and tedious, but if you stop asking you Cannot Get an Offer.

The picture is of me, flipping the dough of unemployment into a rich pizza base of a cozy, rich paying job.

Not too much I can do these days in the kitchen because of my #Parkinsons and mobility but one skill I still can do is pull my powerchair to the low bar and dump raw ingredients in #bread maker and turn it on.

I surprised my wife with a fresh loaf of #BananaBread today.

Thanks to my hand-held vacuum, I can even clean up the mess a little.

Wasn't able to get the wet and dry ingredients in the perfect place so some powder #dough on one side but she says it is good bread.

Doing a 48 hour cold ferment on this after the initial bulk at room temperature. Long and slow for some nice flavour (and hopefully nice spots)

Recipe:

- 50% bread flour
- 50% 00 flour
- 1% dough conditioner
- 3% salt
- 60% water
- 1/4 tsp yeast
