@Aleenaa @mastodonindians Consumed this wonderful book and its messages of love, inclusion and living in the present. Loved the short chapters all beginning with the letter B and varied perspectives of the many interesting 13th century characters and insights into #Sufism and Rumi, the poet. The 21st century characters weren't as interesting. I appreciated the #Sufi teachings and ways of being that are much needed in this modern world. Yes, I highly recommend this book too. #bookstodon #books

Bei #dlf ist heut ein feiner kleiner Beitrag zum #Sufi Al Halladsch. um mal #philosophie zu werden - was ist schon Wahrheit? So wie Geschichte von den Geschichtsschreibern gemacht wird, so wird auch die Wahrheit, mal von den wenigen physikalischen harten Fakten abgesehen ( #AndreBreton :über das Wenige an Realität), aber die Softcontents, Deutungen der #Wahrheit werden genauso gemacht wie Geschichte. In einen knackigen Satz gebracht: wahr ist was mir gefällt.
